Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Game ON, you agree to these terms. They form a contract between you and Live Sports Community (“Game ON”, “we”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Privacy Notice are part of this agreement.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use Game ON only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. You must not use the service if you have previously been banned.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your password secure, and for the accuracy of what you put on your profile. One person, one account — do not share credentials or impersonate anyone. Tell us at support@dobrosports.com if you think someone else has got in.

Everything you post — photos, video, captions, comments, group messages, profile details — stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.

To run the product we need permission to handle it, so you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving Game ON. That license exists so we can show your post to your followers and put your photo on your profile. It ends when you delete the content, subject to the backup and group-chat carve-outs described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your content, license it to third parties, or use it in advertising.

You confirm that you have the rights to what you post, and that posting it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Take particular care with photos of other people: get their agreement before you post a picture of them, especially minors.

Do not use Game ON to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or incite violence against anyone
• Post hateful content targeting people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age
• Post sexual content, or any sexualized content involving minors
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Share someone else’s private information without their consent
• Spam, run scams, phish, or advertise without our written permission
• Upload malware, or attempt to breach, overload, or probe our systems
• Scrape the service, or access it through automated means we have not authorized
• Organize or promote anything illegal, or use games as cover for something else

We remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Serious cases are reported to law enforcement.

Sport carries a real risk of injury, up to and including serious or fatal injury. Meeting people from the internet carries its own risks. You take part voluntarily and you assume those risks yourself.

You are responsible for judging whether you are fit to play, whether a venue is safe, whether you are adequately insured, and whether a group or person is someone you want to meet. Get medical advice before taking up a new activity if you have any reason to.

Venue details, times and participant lists are supplied by users, not by us, and we do not verify them. To the fullest extent the law allows, Game ON is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising out of any game, meetup, venue, or interaction between users.

Whoever creates a group or hosts a game sets its rules, manages its membership, and is responsible for how it is run. Groups marked Official are operated by Game ON; everything else is run by users, and its content is theirs, not ours.

Group chat is visible to every member of that group, including members who join later. Treat it accordingly.

Report content or behavior from its own screen, or email support@dobrosports.com. We review reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts. Where we can, we tell you what happened and why, and give you a route to respond — but we may act immediately where there is a risk to someone’s safety.

For copyright complaints, write to dmca@dobrosports.com with enough detail to identify the work and the material you say infringes it. We terminate repeat infringers.

You can stop using Game ON and delete your account at any time — email privacy@dobrosports.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, if it is necessary to protect other users, or if we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — content licenses already granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — do.

Game ON is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything you post will be preserved indefinitely. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game ON will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify Game ON against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, please email legal@dobrosports.com. Nearly everything is faster to resolve that way.

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will give notice by email or in the product before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Game ON after that means you accept the new version.
