Consumer Health Privacy Notice

Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s SB 370 define consumer health data far more broadly than medical records. It covers any information that identifies a person’s past, present or future physical or mental health status — which can include bodily functions, physical activity, and location that reveals an attempt to obtain health services.

Game ON is a social product for organizing sport, not a health or fitness tracker. But some of what the product does — recording that you play a sport, where, and how often — falls inside that broad definition. This notice explains what we actually hold, and it supplements our main Privacy Policy rather than replacing it.

• Sport and activity participation — the sports on your profile, the games you RSVP to, and the sport tags on your posts. Taken together these describe your physical activity.
• Venue and location context — the city on your profile, and the venues attached to games you take part in. This is venue-level, tied to a game you joined; we do not collect continuous or precise device geolocation.
• Information you volunteer — anything health-related you choose to write in your bio, a post caption, a comment, or a group chat. An injury you mention in a group chat is the common case.
• Photos and video you upload, which can depict physical condition or capability.

We do not require any of this beyond a favorite sport. Bios, cities, photos and captions are optional, and a usable account can be kept without them.

All of it comes from you: what you type into your profile, post, or write in a group, and the RSVPs you make. We do not buy health-adjacent data about you from data brokers, receive it from advertising networks, or import it from other apps or connected devices.

• Showing your profile and posts to other users, as the product is designed to do
• Matching you with groups, players and games in the sports you actually play
• Letting a game host see who has RSVP’d and where the game is
• Investigating reports and enforcing our Terms
• Keeping the service running and diagnosing faults

We do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train models that profile users, and do not use it to make decisions about you outside the product.

Other users, to the extent the product displays it — your sports and city are visible to signed-in users, and your RSVPs are visible to a game’s participants. This is sharing you control by choosing what to fill in and what to join.

Our processors — Supabase, which stores the database and uploaded files, and Vercel, which hosts the application. They act on our instructions under contract and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Legal process, where we are compelled by law or where disclosure is needed to prevent serious harm.

That is the complete list. We do not share consumer health data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies.

If you are a Washington or Nevada resident — and, as a matter of practice, whoever you are — you have the right to:

• Know what consumer health data we have collected about you, and the list of third parties it has been shared with
• Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of it
• Delete it, including from our archives and backups

To make a request, email privacy@dobrosports.com from the address on your account, with “Consumer Health Data” in the subject. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by another 45 days where a request is complex — we will tell you if that happens.

Deleting this data usually means removing profile fields, posts, or group messages. Where a deletion would empty out your account entirely, we will say so and confirm with you before acting.

You can appeal any refusal by replying to our decision or writing to privacy@dobrosports.com with “Appeal” in the subject. We reconsider the decision from scratch rather than restating it, and respond in writing within 45 days explaining the outcome and our reasoning.

If the appeal is denied, you may complain to the Washington State Attorney General or to the equivalent authority where you live.

We do not operate a geofence around any health care facility, and we do not use location to identify people seeking health services, to send them advertising, or to collect data about them. Game ON has no advertising product at all.

We will update the date at the top when this notice changes, and will not apply a materially different practice to data already collected without telling you first.
